Boise Basin to hire 65 employees for summer season

BOISE, Idaho (CBS 2) – Bogus Basin will hire up to 65 employees for the 2019 summer season over the next few weeks.

The nonprofit recreation area announced today that it will open for weekend summer operations on Friday, May 25th, in time for Memorial Day.

Seven day operations at the area will begin on Friday, June 21st.

A range of full and part-time seasonal opportunities are available, including Summer Activities Operators, Mountain Coaster Operators, Mountain Ticket Sales Associates, and more.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Bogus Basin offers competitive wages, a fun work atmosphere, free transportation to the mountain, food and beverage discounts, free summer season passes for employees, and more.

Last year, an estimated 100,000 summer guests visited the area to enjoy a range of activities, including the Glade Runner Mountain Coaster, hiking, biking, chairlift rides, and free music events.
